# Using adyntel in HubSpot

{% hint style="success" %}
You first need to create an account, you can sign up [here](https://app.adyntel.com/signup) to receive 50 credits to test it out.
{% endhint %}

Enrich your HubSpot companies with competitor ad data. See how many ads any company is running on LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook — directly on the company record or add adyntel inside your HubSpot workflows.

#### Install the App

Visit [hubspot.adyntel.com/oauth/install](https://hubspot.adyntel.com/oauth/install) to start connecting your Adyntel account to HubSpot.

**1. Create or sign in to HubSpot**

Choose **Create a new HubSpot account** or **Sign in to your HubSpot account** to log in.

**2. Choose your account**

Select the HubSpot account you want to connect Adyntel to, then click **Choose Account**.

**3. Accept the unverified app warning**

Adyntel is not yet a HubSpot-verified app, so HubSpot shows a **Connecting an unverified app** warning. This is expected. To continue, type `I accept the risk` in the box, then click **Connect**.

**4. Confirm the connection**

You'll see a confirmation page — Adyntel is now connected to your HubSpot account.

**5. Add your Adyntel credentials**

The connection isn't finished until Adyntel knows which account to pull data for. Click **Go to installed apps**, open the Adyntel app, and go to **Settings → General**.

Under **Update credentials**, fill in:

* **Adyntel Email** — the email associated with your Adyntel account
* **Adyntel API Key** — your secret API key

Then click **Update Credentials**. Once saved, the current values appear under **Current credentials**, with the API key partially masked.

Skip this step and the app installs successfully but returns no data. If your ad counts stay empty, check here first.
{% endhint %}

#### What Gets Added to HubSpot

Once connected, Adyntel adds three company properties — one for each platform:

* **Adyntel Total LinkedIn Ads** — total number of ads the company is running on LinkedIn
* **Adyntel Total Google Ads** — total number of ads the company is running on Google
* **Adyntel Total Meta Ads** — total number of ads the company is running on Facebook

Each property is populated by its own action, so the three platforms are **controlled independently**. You can enrich just LinkedIn, just Google, just Facebook, or any combination — you're never forced to pull all three.

#### What It Costs

Each successful platform lookup costs **1 credit**. Because the three platforms run separately, enriching one company across all three costs 3 credits — and enriching only the platforms you care about costs proportionally less.

Failed or empty lookups are not charged.

#### Enrich from a Company Record

Adyntel adds a card called **Adyntel Ad Library** to the company (organization) record. Open any company in HubSpot and find it in the right-hand sidebar.

The card lists each platform with its current ad count, the time it was **Last checked**, and a **Refresh** button:

* **Meta Ads** — Facebook ad count
* **LinkedIn Ads** — LinkedIn ad count
* **Google Ads** — Google ad count

Click **Refresh** on a platform to pull the latest count for that platform only. Use **Last checked** to tell how current a number is before you act on it.

#### Enrich with a Workflow

Adyntel is also available as a set of workflow actions, so companies can be enriched automatically instead of one at a time.

In a company-based workflow, click to add an action, type `adyntel` in the search box, and pick one of the three actions under **Integrated apps**:

* **Get LinkedIn Ads (Adyntel)**
* **Get Google Ads (Adyntel)**
* **Get Meta Ads (Adyntel)**

A common setup is to enroll companies on **Record created** so every new company is enriched as it lands in your CRM. You can also add enrollment conditions to enrich only the companies that matter — for example, only companies above a certain employee count.

Because each platform is a separate action, add only the platforms you care about to a given workflow. That keeps credit usage down on high-volume workflows.

#### Troubleshooting

**I don't see the Adyntel Ad Library card on my company records** — Make sure the installation completed and the app is authorized in your HubSpot account. Reconnect at [hubspot.adyntel.com/oauth/install](https://hubspot.adyntel.com/oauth/install) if needed.

**The ad counts didn't update** — Enrichment runs per platform. Confirm the platform you're expecting was actually included in the enrichment (card **Refresh** or workflow step), and check **Last checked** on the card to see whether a lookup ran at all.
